Jason Mark Anderman is President and Co-Founder of WhichDraft.com.
Jason previously served as counsel at Becton, Dickinson and Company, a Fortune 500 medical technology company with headquarters in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Jason also practiced at the law firms of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker (New York, NY) and Goodwin Procter (Roseland, NJ). Jason’s practice experience includes: providing general advice to business units comprising several hundred million dollars of revenue annually, managing procurement agreements for a diverse array of goods and services, negotiating life sciences, diagnostic instrument, consulting, supply, software, outsourcing, web site development and information technology sales and procurement transactions, handling patent, trademark and copyright licensing arrangements, providing health privacy law advice, as well as facilitating litigation and dispute management.
Jason is certified as a Green Belt in the Six Sigma continuous improvement management method, and has led projects using Six Sigma tools to drive efficiency in legal services. Jason also has led knowledge management initiatives to develop efficient contract templates. He also regularly publishes and speaks on legal issues, currently focusing on legal technology, knowledge management, and legal process improvement.
Jason graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1992 from Washington University in St. Louis. He received his J.D. and M.A. (Cultural Anthropology) degrees from Duke University School of Law and Graduate School in 1997. At Duke, he served as Research Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law.
Geoff Anderman is Co-Founder of WhichDraft. Geoff is also the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Headwear & Apparel, a leading supplier of headwear, apparel and accessories to mid-tier, mass and discount retailers and branded apparel and sporting goods companies.
Prior to his current positions with WhichDraft and Infinity, Geoff was a Senior Associate with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm with $2.5 billion in assets under management. Geoff previously practiced at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP (Chicago, IL) where his practice focused on the corporate, securities and tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, divestitures, private equity investments, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements and private equity fund formations.
Geoff graduated with honors in 2002 from Washington University in St. Louis. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2005 where he was a recipient of a full merit scholarship, a member of the Order of the Coif and Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review.
